Baby blanket update!
We got iced in for two days in Dallas and I spent the time being all domestic and stuff. Laundry, peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies, homemade French bread, and homemade soup. And, of course, knitting the blanket for the baby girl to be born any day now …

This blanket is going so much faster than the last blanket I knit. The pattern is a lot of pulling stitches together and creating loops (for that lacey look), so it’s not individual stitches on most of the rows. Or maybe I’m just getting better and warmed up. Whatever.
And if anyone clicks my row counter on this one they die. I’ve already made enough of my own mistakes in this pattern!

I lived in Dallas for 12 years. Where do you go for knitting supplies? I was searching for ideas for a baby blanket, and I love yours. This pink one is my favorite. Is it an original creation or are you following a pattern? If so which one? I also love the eyelet blanket.
